Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods, customized products, and sale items, may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product details before purchase.
Steps to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via email at support@ceyrange.jp with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and the return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your invoice and the RAN.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of the returned item.
Refunds
- Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items
